Once you have made your donation SIDS and Kids will forward you the Birthday Day Card of your choice for you to write your own personal message and give to that someone special on their birthday.  Note:  Cards will be sent within one working day of receipt of your order.

The message inside the cards reads:

Wishing you a very Happy Birthday

A special donation has been made to SIDS and Kids on your behalf.
